Just to prove it wasn't just a black area, I posted yesterday - here's the map ! ;o) Area designed to be darker and need darkvision/torches/lights

I'm really looking forward to this mod. Dark Avenger 1 was one of my favorite NWN2 mods.
Hey, how do those skydomes look as you move about the area? Do you have to turn the fog off?It seems like a superior solution to placeable ceilings (which are actually kind of a pain to work with), but I don't know much about the sky domes in general.
they don;t look too bad. I've found from workiing with a few skydomes that you tend to be better off with less detail and darker - some proper rock textures looked too garish, and high res photo-images didn;t render well. Also, you want to fade from dark at the bottom up. I set the fog as ending at the furthest point across the map (he diagnoal) - so it blends into he base of he cave celing shydome where it meets
Wow, that area rocks (Pun)! It's got that..."Goonies/High Adventure" feel to it, you know?
The area looks great, the earlier pictures included (which I saw fine on my home LCD, less so on my office laptop). Making caves with the exterior tools is a great idea. Sort of reminds me of the caves in Morrowind and Oblivion.
